Jonas Andersen – Craft Lead & Head Instructor
Jonas leads everything related to the craft in our training system. He has been the primary architect behind how we teach window cleaning — developing our full craft training step-by-step together with Asger over the past two years. Every technique, every tool choice, every movement has been carefully tested and refined to deliver world-class results.
With more than 11 years of experience in the field, Jonas has worked across Denmark in several window cleaning companies — including as operations manager at one of the country’s largest firms. That’s where he first identified the industry’s biggest gap: the lack of properly trained professionals.
To solve that, he spent four years as a freelance mentor — personally training new window cleaners and helping experienced ones sharpen their performance. Today, he holds the title as Denmark’s most experienced instructor in practical window cleaning.
All practical training inside our system — from beginner to expert — is shaped by Jonas, filmed with professional production quality, and designed for maximum learning impact.

Outside of work, Jonas is passionate about:

Asger Lindholm – Co-Founder & Business Development Lead
Asger’s path into the window cleaning world was… unexpected. Originally planning to pursue a university degree, his plans quickly changed when he signed a software development contract worth a million DKK — without actually having the money to pay for it.
Having worked in the office of Denmark’s largest window cleaning company, Asger had gained rare insight into how large-scale operations function — from sales to systems to route planning. So, to fund his tech startup, he launched his own window cleaning company, humorously named Hansen & Søn Polering (“Hansen & Son”), despite having no son at the time.
Within just a few months, he paid off the initial debt and kept using window cleaning as a way to self-fund and invest in his own tech ventures. Because of this pressure to perform, Asger developed some of the most efficient techniques in the business — often outperforming full teams. His personal record? An average of 16,500 DKK in daily revenue and beating the former Danish champion in speed — cleaning 2.7x faster.
But Asger never cleaned windows just for the sake of it. He’s driven by business building, structure, and helping others succeed. Today, he’s the lead strategist behind our business development systems at the school — working hands-on with students to help them grow profitable, sustainable companies of their own.
Oliver Rosenørn - B2B Sales Expert & Business Growth Advisor
Oliver works alongside Asger as part of the business development team, helping students build and grow their own companies. With over a decade of experience in the window cleaning industry, Oliver first started cleaning windows while studying — and has never really stopped since.
Over the years, he has become highly specialized in pure water cleaning systems, and is recognized for training others to use these systems efficiently and professionally — especially for large-scale commercial and institutional clients.
His core strength lies in B2B sales and commercial account management. Oliver’s own client portfolio has always focused on professional clients: businesses, public institutions, and long-term commercial contracts. This deep experience gives our school a strong foundation to guide students not just in residential growth — but also in building reliable, high-value relationships in the commercial segment.
